TO Pool Home for under 300k- Home for condo price!
This clean 3 br 2 ba home just came on the market for $296,820! Fantastic deal IMO. If I had more liquidity I'd buy this for my own account. To see this and other great deals, call me ASAP
OK. Excited yet? This is a classic case of something looking way, way way better online than in person. Needs major work inside, and some mold mitigation. I would still do it, but with the idea of moving walls and reconfiguring, to the tune of 35-40k. Makes sense at anything under $210,000.
